Detailed story about the materials and craft: Leather for this belt came from Santa Croce region, Italy and is full grain ( top surface of leather is not corrected during tanning, which make it most durable on the market ) This leather is vegetable tanned means that no salts of chrome been used for producing this leather, but only vegetable tannins. Tanneries who I work with are parts of the sustainable supply chain where raw material is a leftover from the meat industry.
